DEFINED: An ability given by the Holy Spirit to direct and

organize a larger group of Christians so that each one is

to perform his/her ministry

 

 

CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Can visualize overall picture and plan long-range goals
  • Organizers love new challenges
  • Implementers
  • Tremendous satisfaction in achieving goals and involving

others to meet them

  • Are aware of available resources to complete tasks
  • Not “people pleasers”

 

 

CAUTIONS:

  • Be an administrator, not a boss
  • Be sensitive to the needs of those without the gift
  • You may be seen as “too much business” and not spiritual

enough
