DEFINED: An ability given by the Holy Spirit to direct and
organize a larger group of Christians so that each one is
to perform his/her ministry
CHARACTERISTICS:
- Can visualize overall picture and plan long-range goals
- Organizers love new challenges
- Implementers
- Tremendous satisfaction in achieving goals and involving
others to meet them
- Are aware of available resources to complete tasks
- Not “people pleasers”
CAUTIONS:
- Be an administrator, not a boss
- Be sensitive to the needs of those without the gift
- You may be seen as “too much business” and not spiritual
enough

circle leader, or building committee
