accordance with God’s purpose for the future and to communicate these goals in such a way that others voluntarily work together to accomplish these goals for God’s glory.
CHARACTERISTICS:
- Can visualize overall plan and long-range goals
- Love new challenges
- Love to implement steps
- Gain tremendous satisfaction in achieving goals and involving others
- Good delegators
- Are aware of available resources
- Upon completion, like to move on to new challenges
- Not overly sensitive to criticism
- Do not manipulate or coerce
- Generate confidence in others
- Followers will be voluntary
CAUTIONS:
- Use your talents
- Supervise projects closely
- Explain big picture and necessity for tasks
- Remember, people are more important than projects
- Remain sensitive to others
