DEFINED:  One with the special ability to set goals in

accordance with God’s purpose for the future and to communicate these goals in such a way that others voluntarily work together to accomplish these goals for God’s glory.

 

 

CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Can visualize overall plan and long-range goals
  • Love new challenges
  • Love to implement steps
  • Gain tremendous satisfaction in achieving goals and involving others
  • Good delegators
  • Are aware of available resources
  • Upon completion, like to move on to new challenges
  • Not overly sensitive to criticism
  • Do not manipulate or coerce
  • Generate confidence in others
  • Followers will be voluntary

 

 

CAUTIONS:

  • Use your talents
  • Supervise projects closely
  • Explain big picture and necessity for tasks
  • Remember, people are more important than projects
  • Remain sensitive to others
